We believe in teaching our children the truth with love as our main thrust.

Why teach children things they will ultimately have to overcome in the years ahead?

Instead we aspire to teach them about God, faith and a committed life to their Messiah.
The next generation “Hador Haba” are these little ones God has entrusted to our care.
We desire to teach these children how to carry and engage their faith and traditions to the generations to come. Take a look around and acquaint yourself with our classes and curriculum.
" Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. "   Proverbs 22 : 6

This curriculum equips teachers to shepherd young children around constructive activities centered upon the Jewish holidays. This includes a Toddler Bible to guide the teacher through a brief scripture lesson and a cute puppet for use during the singing time.
This curriculum offers 64 eighty-minute lessons with activity time, story time, snack time, and family time!

Again, this material is fun and helps the student learn about the Bible and the Jewish holydays.

This curriculum guides the children through the scripture via a mystery theme. Each week the class joins Detective Tevet as he puts together clues to guide the student through the Jewish Calendar, learning scripture and Hebrew along the way.
Explore! Takes the class through the entire Torah via the weekly portions! Each week the Youth learn fun and exciting ways to discover the truth in Torah while learning the Hebrew language.

Judaism teaches that death is an inevitable consequence of living and that the dead are to be treated with dignity and respect. In fact, burial of the dead and respectful treatment of the deceased is one of the greatest mitzvot [commandments] and Beth Shalom is priveleged to offer its own burial section called The Mount of Olives located in Apple Valley [Sunset Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary].

Our youth and young adults are a generation comprised between the ages 13 to 30.
The vision is plain and simple and summed up in the words of Yeshua, “Go and make people from all nations into talmidim [Disciples].” Our youth represent the young and vibrant Jewish remnant; they understand their calling to reach all peoples to Yeshua our Messiah.

Discipleship is taken seriously understanding the repercussions of losing the next generation if we drop the mantle of truth. There is a deep desire within Dor Segulah to set a standard by example, speech, behavior, love, faith and purity [1 Timothy 4:12].
We meet every last Thursday of the month alternating at different locations and we hold monthly discipleship classes once per month on Shabbat [after Oneg].

Our 9th annual summer camp is in the making for the Labor Day Weekend 2011, more info on this please call 760-240-8883, ask for Rabbi Robert.

Come join us as we learn how to live the Word.
